Project Manager


We're looking for a new Project Manager to join our growing team!


As a Project Manager you will work closely with the partners and designers to provide clients with an outstanding experience, as well as ensuring efficient co-ordination of efforts internally.


You will be a liaison with clients and external creative and manufacturing resources, track the progress of projects and budgets, create schedules and assist in managing project costs and invoicing. Note that this is not a design job, but an understanding of design is important.


The ideal person will have:


-3-6 years' experience

-a natural sense of how to lead

-excellent attention to detail

-a high level of personal integrity

-a love of organization and multi-tasking

-the ability to motivate others positively

-the ability to stay calm despite stressful situations

-a personality that others love to work with!


Experience working in the contract furniture, architecture or design industry is a plus.


Competence in Excel and various other project management tools is a must, as are excellent written communication skills.


The position is full time and benefits include access to health insurance, pre-tax transit and HSA accounts, 401(k), and excellent work/life balance. And good coffee.
